Law Company of the Year

The Lawyer Awards 2023

Aria Grace Law CIC was named Law Company of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2023, a landmark recognition of a business model designed to uplift everyone it touches.

The judges praised our “unique (90%) fee‑sharing model as well as great CSR/ESG angle,” noting that our approach “marries a true notion of flex working: attracting the right talent and driving costs down for the client.” Their concluding words captured the spirit of our journey: “For being a truly excellent and innovative business, in the early stages but deserving of every future success.”

This award is an independent endorsement of a different future for legal services. By directing 90% of fees to our lawyers and reinvesting 100% of net profits into charitable and community initiatives, we prove that excellence and equity can, and should, coexist. The recognition speaks to the integrity of our model, the calibre of our partners and our commitment to creating measurable social value alongside outstanding client outcomes.

Lindsay Healy

Lindsay Healy

At LegalTechTalk 2025

Our Founder and CEO, Lindsay Healy, led two vital conversations at LegalTechTalk 2025 at the intersection of law, technology and ethics. Lindsay examined how algorithmic decision making can scale inequity if left unchecked, making the case for design for equity principles, ethical oversight and accountable governance from the outset. The discussion highlighted the dual promise and peril of AI in legal services: it can expand affordability and access, but risks deepening digital exclusion unless inclusivity is built in by design. Lindsay was joined by Christina Blacklaws and Dana Denis Smith OBE, reinforcing the importance of leadership and standards in protecting fairness.

At IEEE International Symposium on Privacy Expectations 2025

Partner Puja Modha was selected to present at the inaugural IEEE International Symposium on Privacy Expectations (ISoPE) in New York City on 10 October 2025. Her accepted abstract, “Redefining privacy in the age of AI driven recruitment and synthetic content,” examined the privacy risks and ethical challenges posed by automated hiring, generative content and deepfakes. Puja’s work explores emerging countermeasures and the imperative of privacy conscious AI development, bringing practical clarity to issues where regulation, technology and human impact intersect.

Puja’s selection by the IEEE committee, alongside contributors from leading institutions including Meta, HP, Salesforce and Carnegie Mellon, speaks to the originality and relevance of her perspective. It is recognition of a lawyer who combines regulatory fluency with operational insight and whose approach aligns with our belief that excellence in advice should be matched by responsibility in innovation.

At the International Conference on Geographical Indications

Our Italian Partner, Pierfrancesco C. Fasano, participated in the International Conference on Geographical Indications hosted by the State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania. The event brought together representatives from EUIPO, WIPO, the European Commission and GI consortia to discuss how alternative dispute resolution and robust enforcement can protect identities and heritage online. Pierfrancesco’s contribution reflected our view that Geographical Indications are more than legal instruments: they are symbols of community, cultural continuity and sustainable value in a digital age.

His participation underscores the breadth of our international capability and our commitment to issues where law protects identity and provenance. It also highlights how principled, practical mechanisms can protect valuable assets while enabling innovation.
